Thanks for this great information Doctor. I a male and have been using the Lycopene for about 6 months after I shave. It has helped me with ingrown hairs and my skin is definitely smoother.
The Dermopeel cream is very effective in treating stubborn pigmented spots and light freckles, but no creams are completely effective for birthmarks. Additional laser treatments or surgical removal works best for those.
